Job summary

An educational organization in Singapore is seeking an Admin Officer responsible for coordinating course schedules and providing customer support related to enrichment programmes. The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma, 2 years of administrative experience in a tuition centre, and excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. This position is primarily remote with occasional weekend work at the centre. The company offers a supportive environment and opportunities to assist in marketing.

Qualifications

  • Coordinate with Marketing Team for holiday camps and study tours.
  • Maintain all student records and compile feedback.

Job description
Principal Objective of Position
  • Reporting to the CEO and designated Line Manager, the Admin Officer is responsible for the coordination, course scheduling, customer support of the enrichment programmes in Sky Quest Lab, as well as supporting any other related projects.
  • This role primarily focuses on administrative work supporting the Chinese Debate classes targeting K12 students, including supporting the regular classes as well as ad-hoc events and campaigns.
  • This role is permanently working from home, and the role may require you to come to the tuition centre at HarbourFront Centre occasionally over the weekend.
Responsibilities
  1. Course Support
    • Liaise with all teachers to plan the course schedule.
    • Prepare supporting material for the teachers before each lesson.
    • Communicate with parents and students as the main point of contact.
  2. Event Support
    • Coordinate with Marketing Team for any holiday camp, study tour type of activities.
    • Support Marketing Team with simple marketing material preparation.
    • Maintain social media with the guidance of Marketing Team.
  3. Other Admin Work
    • Maintain all student record and compile feedback.
    • Assist in the procurement of stationery, payment collection, booking of venue etc.
    • Any other general admin work as designated by the company.
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma or above.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an admin role in a tuition centre in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in a Chinese tuition centre preferred.
  • Able to work over the weekend, if required.
