Admin Manager
Working location: Kallang Place
Working hours: 8:30am to 6pm
Working day: Mon-Fri
Salary: $4500 - $6000
Role Overview
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s administrative, office management, and support functions to ensure smooth daily operations. This role acts as a key support to management and works closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain efficiency, compliance, and a well‑organised workplace.
Roles & Responsibility
Administrative & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, supplies, and vendors (e.g. building management, maintenance, pantry, stationery).
- Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping practices are maintained.
- Handle general correspondence, contracts, and administrative coordination.
HR & People Support (Administrative Scope)
- Support HR administration including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate work passes, employment documentation, and liaison with MOM or relevant authorities.
- Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and HR databases.
- Support company events, staff activities, and internal communications.
Finance & Procurement Support
- Assist with administrative finance matters such as invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense claims.
- Coordinate with finance teams or external accountants on administrative documentation.
- Manage procurement processes for office-related purchases and services.
Policy, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits by preparing and maintaining administrative records and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing and updating administrative policies and procedures.
Management & Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact between management, staff, and external parties.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and guide administrative staff, if applicable.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant administrative or office management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
