A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee all HR activities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with MOM, handling recruitment administration, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll. The ideal candidate should have experience with Singapore’s HR regulations and a solid understanding of employee documentation processes. Manage end-to-end HR and administrative operations in compliance with Singapore government regulations.
Ensure adherence to MOM rules, Employment Act, CPF, and IRAS requirements.
Handle SAT-related compliance, documentation, and audits as applicable.
Support recruitment administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately.
Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.
Act as point of contact for employee HR queries and policy clarifications.
Support visa, work pass, and renewal processes where required.
Assist in HR reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions.
Provide general office administration support aligned with HR operations.
