The Opportunity

  • Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
  • 5.5 days work week
  • Basic up to S$4,500 (depending on experience)

Adecco is partnering with a global leader in secure logistics, transportation, and risk management solutions, specialising in high-value and sensitive shipments. They are hiring for a Transport Admin to provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth transport flow.

The Job
  • Manage daily fleet operations to ensure timely, compliant pickups and deliveries.
  • Ensure fleet readiness, including vehicle permits, parking, ERP/IU balances, servicing, and inspections.
  • Maintain compliance with LTA regulations, road tax, COE, emissions, and insurance requirements.
  • Supervise and traine drivers on safety, compliance, and service standards.
  • Conduct safety briefings, site inspections, accident investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Worked closely with operations, HR, and warehouse teams to support safe handling of time‑sensitive and high‑value deliveries.
