Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage our e-commerce operations across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify. If you have a knack for multitasking, customer service, and managing online orders, we want you as our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative tasks and provide excellent customer support.
  • Manage and process shift orders, returns and/or exchange efficiently on our online platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and reply to messages promptly via phone, email, chat room in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints, elevate the issues when necessary and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain customer records and assists with office operations to ensure smooth business functioning. Update database as required, data entry, documentation, and filing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery tracking. Arrange delivery route using company system.
  • Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Be independent in work and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
  • Prior experience in administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Familiar with CRM software is a plus.
  • Patience and professionalism in handling customer concerns.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction.
