A leading construction company based in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, handle procurement support, and prepare shipping documents. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma or GCE O Level, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are essential. This position offers an opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing systems, typing, copying, binding, scanning, office stationery etc.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Maintain proper filing and systematic organization of office documents.
To arrange and co-ordinate import/export and transshipment to ensure timely arrivals and handle all related documents.
Prepare shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing list, certificate of origin, and other documents.
Handle procurement support such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, DO and Invoice tracking.
Arrange courier of samples and documents.
Check and maintain delivery documents and perform data entry.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Minimum Diploma holder or GCE O Level with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
