Job Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate new suppliers for cost, quality, lead time, and reliability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers: negotiate pricing, MOQ, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Handle day‑to‑day supplier communications (quotations, order confirmation, shipment updates, issue resolution).
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish based on sales trends, forecasts, and campaign schedules.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/operations on inbound planning, receiving, and stock accuracy.
  • Prepare purchasing reports (weekly/monthly): fast movers, slow movers, reorder suggestions, and budget tracking.
