Job description
Administrative Duties
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as document filing, office supplies purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and inventory to ensure consistency.
  • Support basic HR tasks, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in verifying and processing payments for rent, utilities, and other operational expenses.
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance of equipment (air-conditioning, kitchen appliances, pest control, etc.).
  • Manage petty cash, reimbursements, ledger updates, and expense verification.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Facilitate internal communication and cross-department collaboration to support smooth club operations.
Event Support
  • Liaise with internal teams and designers to create event materials such as posters, banners, and invitations.
  • Manage printing, quality inspection, and delivery of promotional materials.
  • Purchase and maintain records of event-related supplies.
  • Provide on-site event support, including venue setup, equipment checks, guest guidance, and overall coordination.
  • Assist with member inquiries and conduct routine inspections to maintain service quality.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 year of relevant working experience, preferably in administrative discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
