A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Admin Cum Sales Coordinator for administrative duties and sales support. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating operation time sheets, consolidating invoices, maintaining records, arranging meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential. This role is crucial for supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Generate daily operation time sheets for approval.
  • Consolidate supplier invoices, gather signature and upload to server daily.
  • Maintain and update leave records and calculate overtime.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, emails, and faxes.
  • Coordinate meetings, courses, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and assets.
  • Call and arrange sales meetings and coordinate with project manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Administrative:

  • Generate daily operation time sheets for approval.
  • Consolidate supplier invoices, gather signature and upload to server on a daily basis
  • Maintain and update leave
  • Calculate overtime
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, emails, and faxes
  • Coordinate meetings, courses and travel arrangements for employees and management
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and assets etc
  • Call and arrange sales meetings
  • Coordinate with project manager on confirmed sales
  • Coordinate with accounting on billing matters
  • Send out SOAs to clients
  • Any other related administrative for sales matters

- Others:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management
