Administrative Support
  • Handle day-to-day office operations and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
  • Manage inventory records, purchase orders, and basic accounting/filing tasks.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents if needed.
Marketing Support
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and website updates.
  • Create basic marketing materials such as product posts, or brochures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or designers for promotional activities.
  • Assist in maintaining the company’s brand image and online presence.
Requirements
  • Min Higher Nitec in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic design tools will be added advantage (e.g., Canva).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
