About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin cum Finance professional to join our dynamic team at Chun Keung Construction Pte Ltd. in the Jurong East West Region. This full‑time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our construction business.

What you'll be doing
  1. Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
  2. Handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements
  3. Assisting with payroll preparation and maintaining employee records
  4. Work permit related matters. (IPA, WP, PCP and dormitory)
  5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or finance role, preferably in the construction industry
  2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi‑task
  4. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (an advantage)
