Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • In charge of updating data in the SAP system.
  • Prepare sales reports and manage meeting schedules.
  • Oversee operational status of delivery platforms and devices.

Job description
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • In charge of the data updates in SAP system.
  • Update stall monthly average sales/c shift sales/total avg. vs total target.
  • Oversee Delivery platform and Nets devices operational status/device replacement, company phone CDC.
  • Adjust delivery prices on platform.
  • Prepares sales reports, headcount reports and coordinates staff meetings/trainings schedules.
  • Oversees CCTV, telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
  • Prepare for meeting and minutes writing.
  • Maintains office and outlet supplies inventory.
  • Maintains records, documentation, and files.
  • Check and verify on staff attendance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • 5.5 work day per week with one Saturday work from home
  • Preferably to have at least 1 year of experience in F&B Operations or F&B Administration
  • Excellent Excel, PPT skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times quick pace working environment.
