Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Admin Coordinator/ Executive to join their dynamic team.

  • Position: Admin Coordinator/ Executive
  • Location: Redhill
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including maintaining machinery certifications, tax, and insurance records.
  • Assist in audit preparation and provide receptionist coverage as needed.
  • Coordinate material movements to and from sites, liaising with suppliers and project staff for timely delivery.
  • Monitor delivery status and provide regular reports.
  • Maintain inventory records for materials and tools, supporting stock-taking exercises.
  • Track staff working hours and overtime, verify timesheets, and prepare OT reports for payroll.
Job Requirements
  • At least Diploma with 1 year of related working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
