Overview
Role involving the sales and purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials and other items; coordination and management of new orders and delivery schedules; documentation and information flow between departments; after-sales support; and general administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Handle the sales & purchasing of the raw materials, packaging materials and other items
- Coordinating and managing new order and delivery schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Raise Purchase Order through SAP system
- Liaise with Account Department on the new order payment and down payment
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, arrange booking of shipment upon collection of payment
- Inform clients and relevant departments of unforeseen delays or problems (shortage of materials or vessel delay)
- Handle and manage the complaints, defect and replacement of the raw materials, packaging materials etc.
- Sourcing of new packaging, raw materials, liaise with departments on the artwork and testing before ordering of goods
- Handle all incoming calls, transfer and pass message to relevant department
- Assist in administrative/clerical support (typing, printing, filing, mailing, courier etc)
- Order stationary and manage stationary inventory
- Handle office and pantry supplies by budget
- Liaise and handle for quotation on building services, minor repair and fixing till completed
- Liaise with vendors on the renewal, purchase and maintenance of office equipment and assets
- Packing for courier item and assist in making courier arrangement
- Prepare and record minutes of meeting for monthly departmental and ISO meeting
- Assist in company’s function, employee welfare, events and any ISO & GMP
- Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Management and HR Department
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess minimum Diploma qualification
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Well organized, meticulous, good team player and detailed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Effective at prioritizing, organizing and meeting task deadlines
- Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervise
- Keen to learn and possess positive attitude
