Join a licensed healthcare-focused employment agency supporting elderly and adults with care needs in Singapore.
As an Admin & Care Advisor Trainee, you will work closely with families to understand their care needs and guide them through the process of hiring a suitable live-in caregiver.
This is a client-facing, consultative role - not aggressive sales. You will be trained to communicate professionally via WhatsApp and calls, assess care needs, match suitable caregivers, and support families throughout the placement journey.
This role is designed for entry-level and junior professionals who want a structured, meaningful career in healthcare services, client advisory, and care coordination.
You will be guided through a 3 to 6-month structured training programme covering caregiving needs assessment, caregiver matching, family communication, and healthcare-related care administration.
What You Will Learn & Do
Care Advisory & Client Support
- Understand families' care needs and personal preferences
- Advise on suitable caregiver profiles
- Facilitate caregiver interviews (video or in-person)
- Communicate with families professionally via WhatsApp and calls
Care Coordination & Administration
- Support regulated processes such as work permit applications
- Assist with service agreements and employment documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Post-Placement Support
- Follow up with families and caregivers after placement
- Help address concerns with guidance from senior advisors
Structured Training & Career Progression
Admin & Care Advisor Trainee (0-3 months)
- Communication and WhatsApp handling training
- Care needs assessment fundamentals
- MOM / EA regulatory basics
- Shadowing and assisted cases
Junior Care Advisor (3-6 months)
- Manage own cases with supervision
- Conduct family interviews independently
- Participate in caregiver matching
- Eligible for performance-based incentives
Care Advisor (After 6 months)
- Full portfolio ownership
- Full incentive eligibility
- KPIs focused on quality, retention, and client satisfaction
Progression is competency-based, not volume-based.

Regulatory Requirement (Important - Please Read)
This role is regulated under Singapore's employment agency framework.
- CEI (Basic) certification is required for this role
- Training support will be provided for suitable candidates who do not yet hold CEI (fully sponsored by the company)
- Candidates must be willing to obtain CEI as part of their role

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Finance, Business, Hospitality, Healthcare, Nursing etc.)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Willingness to obtain CEI (basic) certification
- Comfortable with client communication and regulated processes
Work Details
- Work Week: 5 days (1 weekend day required, alternate between Sat / Sun)
- Location: Right above Kent Ridge MRT Station
- Salary Range: SGD 2,500 - 2,900 (depending on experience)
- Incentives: Performance incentives available after training phase
