Job summary

A Singapore-based company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support in various functions, including filing, invoicing, and customer contact. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English, be fluent in Chinese, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 0830 to 1730.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to converse fluently in Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel.
  • Familiar with AutoCount is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, invoicing, and record keeping.
  • Assist in processing orders and managing inventory.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, invoicing and record keeping.
  • Assist in processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the office and business operations.

Requirements:

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours - 5 Days. (Monday-Friday 0830hrs to 1730hrs)
