A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Shipping Admin/Assistant to manage import documents and stock inventory. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. This permanent position offers a salary of up to $3400 plus benefits. Position : Shipping Admin/Assistant (SIMPLE DUTIES)
Location : Orchard
Working hours : 5.25 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.30am -6.00pm, Saturday 9.30am - 1.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3400 + AWS + Bonus + Insurance + Medical
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Handle import shipping documents from Japan.
Input and maintain accurate stock inventory in the system.
Export data into master files and distribute to relevant parties.
Update retail prices to generate selling codes.
Manage daily stock transfers from warehouse to stores.
Collaborate with Logistics team for daily stock outings.
Handle customer inquiries for online orders.
Process tax invoices and delivery orders.
Assist with gift card processing.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required
O level above
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
