  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and buy goods and services at best prices.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Manage the entire purchase order process from placement to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Assess vendor performance to ensure standards are met.
  • Resolve issues with product quality or delivery.
  • Keep stock levels optimal and conduct regular checks.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and perform inventory audits.
  • Ensure spending aligns with the budget and check financial accuracy of orders and invoices.
  • Document procurement activities and produce relevant reports on inventory and vendor performance.
  • Work with departments like production, sales, and finance to align procurement plans.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years in purchasing, procurement, or similar roles is advantageous.
