Job summary

A well-established landscape service provider in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant for its Operations department. Responsibilities include managing and administrating the training department, supporting project deliverables, and ensuring documentation is properly managed. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. This position requires a detail-oriented team player capable of multitasking. Position: Admin Assistant, Operations
Job Description
  • Plan, manage and administrate the training department ensuring all documents are in place
  • Support relevant activities to deliver project deliverables for operational needs which contributes to the business needs
  • Ensure good administration of documents
  • Work closely with operations, purchasing, finance and sales team
  • Ensure proper file keeping of records
  • Perform any other administrative duties as and when required
