Overview

Location: Toa Payoh / Tampines West

Salary range: S$2.5k to S$3k per month

Work week: 5-day

A leader in nursing home services, providing both private and subsidised nursing care for the elderly community in Singapore, is inviting keen individuals to join its expanding team as an Associate.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties and attend to enquiries.
  • Administer transfer residents to another facility or other healthcare institute as well as discharge of residents.
  • To ensure proper documentation of case files, referrals and other related documents for case management and audit purposes.
  • To data entry and update information regularly to ensure accuracy of database.
  • Collect social and financial background of the resident and/or the family for financial assistance schemes applications.
  • Updating information in the overall referral and enquiries database and information system.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial assistance schemes for residents in the home such as Medifund, Medical Fee Exemption Card, Interim Disability Assistance Programme for Elderly and Pioneer Generation Disability Assistance Scheme and etc.
  • You are the main liaison for residents, family and healthcare institutions to co-ordinate referrals and process applications of potential residents.
