About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. as an Admin Assistant / Executive. In this full-time role based in Singapore, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the business, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
  • Providing customer service support, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and placing orders as needed
  • Performing data entry and other administrative duties as required
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows and effective communication
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in using office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
