Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to manage client appointments, maintain records, and assist with sales applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be comfortable with client interactions including cold calls. Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
  • Maintain and update client records and policy documentation
  • Assist with preparation and processing of sales applications
  • Respond to client inquiries via text messages and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required; undertake ad‑hoc projects and activities as assigned
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients using provided scripts or guidelines
  • Maintain accurate call and follow‑up records
