Overview

As a Admin Assistant cum Receptionist, you will assist the HR/Admin Manager in supporting the HR/Admin Department in the daily operation activities.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mails processing, distribution of mails and activities logs and records.
  • Process General and HR/Admin correspondences as well as addressing General enquiries.
  • Assist in coordinating company events to facilitate smooth event execution.
  • Perform secretarial and administrative support such as hotel reservation, air-tickets booking, purchasing of pantry and stationery etc.
  • Ensure timeliness and completeness of data entries.
  • Provide supports to HR/Admin Manager.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.
Requirements
  • At least a GCE “O” Level or equivalent with some relevant working experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing/Construction Industry will be advantageous.
  • IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Independent, meticulous and positive attitude in learning.
  • Have a strong stakeholder focus and pleasant service-oriented attitude.
