We are looking for a reliable Admin Assistant (Business Support) who enjoys coordinating daily operations, preparing professional slides, and working with vendors in a structured corporate environment.

What You Will Do (KeyResponsibilities)
1) Office & Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to management and the team
  • Assist with meeting logistics, scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Maintain organised records, filing systems, and internal documentation
2) Business & Operations Support
  • Support daily operational workflows and ad-hoc business tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (office supplies, maintenance, deliveries, etc.)
  • Assist with basic procurement activities such as sourcing items, requesting quotations, and comparing options
3) Presentation & Content Support
  • Create and format professional PowerPoint slides (strong proficiency required)
  • Support basic design and content needs such as simple company posters, internal notices, or website content updates (basic knowledge is sufficient)
4) Occasional Office Errands (Not daily)
  • Perform occasional driving duties for office-related errands if needed.
    (e.g., document delivery, item collection, vendor coordination)
