Manage office administration, including supplies, equipment, phone calls, visitors, and email correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and required business documents.
Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer information and sales data.
Support scheduling of appointments and meetings while processing orders and managing customer accounts.
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship management.
Min O Level or equivalent.
1 year of working experience in administration/ customer service.
