We’re hiring an Admin Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with event coordination. If you have experience in data management, event planning, or administrative support, this role could be a great fit for you.

📍 Location: North Region
🕘 Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
💰 Salary: Up to $2600/Month

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including processing payment orders and maintaining accurate filing and documentation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events by managing registrations, tracking attendance, organizing food orders, and preparing event materials.
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Respond to general inquiries via email, phone, or social media, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Prepare and generate detailed reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for management and stakeholders, based on collected data.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team, particularly during busy event periods.
Who We're Looking For:

· Minimum Diploma qualification.

· Prior experience in administration or event management is a plus.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
