Job Description
  • Support day‑to‑day office administration and operations (filing, documentation, invoice/admin tracking, basic payroll, staff claims)
  • Assist with vendor sourcing, quotations, procurement and coordination for office and event‑related products/services and supplies
  • Help manage vendor and client enquiries and follow‑ups (email / WhatsApp / calls) when needed
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the events team to ensure smooth and timely execution, including on‑site support during event days where required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for overseas events when needed (may be required to support or travel occasionally)
  • Work closely with internal teams and maintain clear communication across project stakeholders
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years relevant working experience in administrative / operations roles (events or agency environment is a plus)
  • Responsible, reliable, and organised with strong follow‑through
  • Resourceful and independent; able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS EXCEL
  • Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools and processes
Work Arrangement
  • 4‑day work week (Monday – Thursday; 9.30am - 6.30pm)
  • On occasion, support may be required outside of these 4 days (e.g. event days). Time‑off will be provided in lieu / compensated with off days.
  • Some on‑site support may be required during event periods
