  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and liaise with vendors
  • Prepare and format letters, reports, memos, and other documents
  • Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and room bookings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external vendors
  • Assist with staff onboarding, leave tracking, and HR-related admin tasks
  • Support management with administrative tasks and report compilation
  • Organize company events, travel bookings, and logistical arrangements
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
