Overview

The Finance Admin will support the daily operations of the office, including simple bookkeeping, and provide direct administrative support to the CEO.

Responsibilities
  • Company Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
  • Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, process invoices, track expenses, and manage petty cash
  • Personal Assistance: Act as a dedicated personal assistant to the manager, handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and other personal needs with discretion
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their business needs, requests, and order-related questions to ensure a positive experience

The successful candidate should have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
