Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a candidate in Singapore for a role focused on vehicle registration tasks. Qualifications

  • Min NITEC or certificate in Accounting/Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • At least 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Check vehicles registration folder for payment, approval, and documentation.
  • Handle vehicles registration online.
  • Update respective folders in the system.
  • Handle refunds and order vehicle number plates.
  • Send requests on IU commissioning.
  • Generate invoices.
  • Prepare month-end reports on inventory, car financing analysis, and sales analysis.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
