Job summary

A leading engineering firm based in Singapore is seeking a skilled ACMV Project Engineer to oversee Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation works on building projects. Responsibilities include managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, relevant experience, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in ACMV or M&E projects (commercial, industrial, or institutional).
• Familiar with ACMV systems design, installation, and commissioning processes.
• Knowledge of Singapore regulations and codes of practice (SS553, CP13, BCA, SCDF, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise ACMV installation and commissioning works.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and work schedules.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical or site issues.
