You will manage a team, oversee projects, and implement improvements to sustain quality and safety standards. Qualifications

Job Description
- Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC air-conditioning.
- Lead a team.
- To ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are managed by a team of technical officers and technicians efficiently.
- Responsible for the daily AC thermal comfort is within acceptable limits.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Provides project status of assigned task list items to Facilities supervisors, managers, technicians, and other internal department personnel, as necessary.
- Works as a collaborator with a wide variety of other professionals to find unique solutions to challenging problems.
- Implement efficiency improvement on the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation.
- Preparing reports and documentation.
- Coordinating contractors for installation and maintenance projects.
- Checking work completed by contractors for compliance and safety.
- Plan, schedule and supervise Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities, and priorities and reallocate resources when required, on ACMV equipment system under the responsibilities of the Facilities organization.
- Researching systems and equipment and presenting this information to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Evaluating the efficiency of systems and equipment within a facility.
- Lead and participate in equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis, attend review meetings, and provide updates, then execute corrective and preventive action for continual improvement, this includes installation and modification work on existing or new mechanical equipment and system.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Facilities Management, mechanical, electrical, or industrial)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ACMV works or similar
- Facilities Management Certification (CMF) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction principles and building processes.
- Understanding of building regulations and health and safety.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work well with non-engineering colleagues.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on the spot.
- Experience with project management principles.
