Job summary

A global leader in semiconductor solutions is seeking a finance professional in Singapore to efficiently process vendor invoices and staff expense claims. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, along with fluency in Microsoft Office. The candidate will work closely with the Shared Services team to maintain strong vendor relationships and assist with financial reporting. An ideal candidate is a well-organized team player with good communication skills and knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices ensuring accuracy in accordance to company policies.
• Review invoice details for errors before approval.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Administer incoming expenses according to company policy.
