As an Accounts Executive (Outsourcing Firm)

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly GST submissions.
• Compile accounting schedules for audit purposes.
• Assist with HR matters, including payroll calculation, preparation of payslips, and CPF submissions.
• Prepare corporate tax filings.
• Perform other ad hoc and administrative duties as assigned.
• Other adhoc accounting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA).
• Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple full sets of accounts, preferably in an accounting or outsourcing firm.
