• Position : Accounts Executive (Full Sets/Construction) - Up to $4,500 + Bonus
• Location : East - Changi South (Transport from Simei/Yishun/Admiralty/Woodlands)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.15pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for month end & year end closing
• Prepare monthly accounts schedules
• Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff
• Analyse cost and the actual performance compared to budgets
• Prepare management reports & Budget planning
• Handle quarterly GST submission & Tax and statutory audit compliance
• Assist in any ad hoc reporting as and when required

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work independently and meticulously with high level of motivation
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin.
