Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive cum HR to manage full accounting operations and partially oversee HR functions. Located in Loyang Way, the position requires solid experience in accounting as well as recruitment and compliance with regulations. Offering a salary of up to $4500 plus bonuses and annual leave, this permanent role is ideal for candidates with a degree and relevant experience in both fields.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.
  • Experience managing GST submissions and corporate tax filings.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Manage partial HR operations including recruitment and payroll.

Skills

Accounting software proficiency (e.g. Xero)
MS Office proficiency
Knowledge of Singapore tax laws

Education

Degree in Accounting, Human Resources or related fields
Job description
  • Position : Accounts Executive cum HR (Full Sets) - Loyang Way

  • Location : Loyang Way

  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 7 Days Annual Leave (2nd Year - 10 Days)

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Signage Manufacturer

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports.

  • Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of management reports.

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities.

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.

  • Manage GST submissions and corporate tax filings.

  • Manage partial HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and statutory compliance, employee records, leave and claims administration, policy implementation, training coordination, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and HR roles.

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and MS Office.

  • Knowledge of Singapore tax, CPF, and labour laws.
