Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Executive to manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist in financial reporting. Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. This role also involves the preparation of expense claims and processing payments. The selected candidate will contribute to the monthly/yearly financial closing and be responsible for corporate tax and GST filing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on account experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions and formulas.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist on bank reconciliation, corporate tax, and GST filing.
• Maintain proper filing of all documents in hardcopy and softcopy.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
