Job Description:
- Prepare payment to supplier including overseas through telegraphic transfer
- Key-in supplier invoices
- Key-in leasing agreement
- Invoice billing
- Monthly SOA to customer
- Track financial collections to ensure all accounts settled
- Maintain proper filing system
- Other tasks as may assign from time to time by superior
TOA Department (2nd vacancy)
Job Description:
- In-charge in preparation of payment to supplier including overseas through telegraphic transfer
- Monitor utility and monthly payment to supplier including Giro account
- Act as petty cash custodian & process salesman & director's claims
- Issue sales invoices, manual invoice
- Key-in supplier invoices (including related party: TOAC)
- Monthly commission (sales, purchase, share comm & incentive)
- Ensure vehicle expenses is up-to-date
- Check SA before collect the payment from customer
- Monthly bank reconciliation for TOA (DBS & UOB)
- Key-in leasing agreement
- Maintain proper filing system
- Other tasks as may assign from time to time by superior
Job Requirement:
at least 1 yr experience in relevant fields
must possess basic accounting knowledge
good communication skills
