Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for processing and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
2. Processing bank reconciliation and posting entries to the XERO accounting system.
3. Prepare month end reports and closing activities.
4. Undertake additional tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed.

Minimum Requirements

1. Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the field of Accounting/ Finance.
2. Possesses at least a Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
4. Able to work independently and communicate effectively with both external and internal parties.
5. Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or PR.
6. Working location at Orchard (Reachable by MRT)
