• Handle full or partial sets of accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Process payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as required
• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and external parties when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned
