Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a meticulous full set accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain records, and prepare financial reports. Candidates must possess a Diploma in Accounting or an LCCI certification, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with accounting software, such as Xero, is desirable. This role offers opportunities to engage in various tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Handle full set of account and daily accounting operations.
• Maintain petty cash movement data entry and bank reconciliations.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, GL and quarterly GST submission minimum.

Job description

1. Handle full set of account, daily accounting operations, including accurate record‑keeping, filing and maintaining financial transaction records
2. Maintain all petty cash movement data entry and bank reconciliations
3. Must know AP, AR, GL / quarterly GST submission
4. Preparation of monthly management accounts and periodic financial reports
5. Full set accounting principles & software (Xero) is a plus
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a good team player
7. Have strong organizational and follow‑through abilities, details‑oriented
8. Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
9. DIPLOMA in Accounting, or LCCI certification
