Overview

Mao Sheng is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team. In this full-time role based in Macpherson, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable function and providing key financial support to the company.

Responsibilities

• Track purchase orders and procurement activities to ensure accurate billing.

• Generate and process invoices in a timely manner.

• Review and update accounts receivable collection status to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.

• Serve as a point of contact for financial queries related to specific projects.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of financial reports and forecasts.

• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Providing support in other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

• Accounting graduate from ITE or Diploma in Accounts/ Finance or LCCI.

• 5 day work week.
