  • Prepare cash flow plans and contribute to budgeting.
  • Review invoices and reconcile accounts.
  • Support Quarterly GST reporting and financial analysis.

  • Manage financial transactions - Handle AP & AR functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and receivables.
  • Maintain financial records - Post transactions to journal, ledgers, and other records in SAP, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Generate financial reports - Prepare precise and timely financial reports and accounting statements to support decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to financial processes - Assist in month-end closing activities and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Support team objectives - Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the finance department.
  • Manage daily accounting - Oversee the company's day-to-day accounting and finance functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Financial planning - Prepare cash flow plans and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Transaction processing - Review and verify invoices and reconcile accounts.
  • Reporting and analysis - Prepare and support Quarterly GST reporting. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, conduct financial analysis, and assist with month-end closing.
  • Audit support - Respond to interim and year-end audit requests, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration - Liaise with other departments to understand transaction details and maintain clear communication.
  • Communication - Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong working relationships.
