Job description

SPOTV is seeking a detail-oriented and committed Accounts Executive to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. If you have experience in accounting and financial management, we would love to hear from you!

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle the AP (Account Payable), expenses, banking & reconciliations
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met
  • Ensure all inter-company transactions are timely captured and reconciled
  • Responsible for day to day Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
  • Bank reconciliation and internet banking payment
  • Handle staff expenses claim
  • Ensure proper maintenance and filing of documents
  • Handle cashflow planning schedule
  • Follow-up and resolve discrepancies in invoices promptly with internal and external parties
  • Coordinate with all departments and provide administrative support
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience
  • At least a Diploma in Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Meticulous, independent, resourceful and committed
