Overview

The Accounts & Administrative Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day accounting support and administrative coordination to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Support
  • Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and filing
  • Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and internal reference
  • Support month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting
  • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, or tax agents when required
Administrative Duties
  • Manage general office administration, filing systems, and document control
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier arrangements)
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments when required
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks such as staff records and leave tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
General Support
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management and team members
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 'N' level and above
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
