Job summary

A finance firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage trade payables and receivables, ensuring accuracy and timely entries in the accounting system. Applicants should have a diploma in Accounting (LCCI) Level 3 or ACCA Part II and preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to handle tasks under pressure are essential. Familiarity with Lexis Affinity is considered an advantage.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in AP / AR.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all trade payables and trade receivables.
  • Ensure payments/receipts are keyed correctly and timely.
  • Assist in other finance/accounting functions as needed.
