The Accounts Assistant supports daily accounting and finance administration, primarily in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. This role is administrative in nature and is suitable for junior or entry-level candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable with structured, routine accounting processes.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, payment recording, and follow-ups
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and basic month-end closing activities
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, journal entries, and supporting documentation
  • Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting documents (softcopy and hardcopy)
  • Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation when required
  • Prepare basic schedules and summaries for internal reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory
