1. Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
2. Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
3. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
4. Prepare and process expense reports and ensure timely payment of bills.
5. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
6. Maintain and update financial files and documentation.
7. Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role is preferred.
3. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

7. Non-Chinese national with a work permit in Singapore, proficient in Manderin.
