Job summary

A small accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage full sets of accounts, prepare financial reports, and provide corporate secretarial services. The ideal candidate must have a diploma in accounting, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in Mandarin and Chinese typing. Familiarity with accounting software like MYOB or Xero is advantageous. This role promotes team collaboration and strong communication skills, offering a dynamic work environment.

Job description

We are small accounting firm in central, that providing accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial services, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge for all aspect of accounts, tax and corporate secretary and client relation skills.

Job Description:
  • Handle full set of accounts using ABSS(MYOB), Quick Book and Xero for clients
  • Prepare monthly management report and quarterly GST report for client
  • Income tax computation and filing for client
  • Providing corporate secretarial service to client
  • Other add hoc jobs
Requirement:
  • Diploma in Accounting or Higher
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
  • Mandarin Speaking & Chinese Typing is a must, due to the massive connection with mandarin Speaking clients
  • Must be able to handle full set of accounts up to the balance sheet
  • MYOB(ABSS) or Xero accounting software knowledge (Hands-on experience is an advantage)
  • Microsoft office skill is a must
  • Secretary experience is an advantage
  • Possess strong analytical, communication, and good interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active and independent individual, to manage clients independently
  • Team player who is hands-on, meticulous, willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary
  • 5-day week (9:00am to 6:00pm)
  • Able to start work in short notice
  • Salary depending on relevant experience, we don't have quota for foreigners. Mandarin Speaking & Chinese Typing is a must!
