We are now seeking responsible and meticulous candidates to fill our openings for Accounts Assistant. You will be handling the full spectrum of our Accounts receivable & Account payable operation.
Performing system entries for all Accounts Receivable (AR) sales & payment received transactions
Work closely with Customer Service and Sales team to investigate and resolve billing disputes, discrepancies relating to outstanding invoices
Generate monthly statement of accounts and update AR aging report on a monthly basis
Performing system entries for Accounts Payables (AP) purchase and expenses transactions including payment processing matters
Ensure proper and systematic filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
Assist to perform quarterly GST submission and other statutory reporting
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum LCCI/CAT or Diploma in Accounting
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role
Meticulous, pro‑active and with good organization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Experienced in usage of any ERP system will be added advantage
Those with simple full set accounts or willing to learn will be an advantage as well
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet timelines
Ability to liaise with Chinese speaking customer fluently
